This coat of arms was sent to me by Claude Ampleman. The main colours are blue and white, which are the colours of Quebec. The pile contains a cacadeus (a staff of Mercury, representing trade) and is between a pair of gloves (I've no idea what they represent). The crest is a green maple leaf charged with a gold fleur-de-lys, representing the town's position in Quebec. The motto, I believe, reads "Civisme Et Labeur", which roughly means "Good Citizenship and Hard Work".
