This coat of arms was taken from here. As with many unofficial coats of arms in Western Canada (and a few lawful arms), this device features a landscape- complete with mountians, trees, and the sun. Also present is a mining cart (representing the mineral wealth of the area). The motto appears to be Divitiea Ex Solo.
